Description

You will design, implement, and manage network infrastructure to ensure performance, security, and scalability.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
• Document and map site connectivity to identify stakeholders and create runbooks for migration tasks.
• Develop automation scripts to streamline operations and ensure consistency across environments.
• Troubleshoot network-related issues and implement security best practices through regular vulnerability assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate application requirements into network solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in network engineering or a similar role.
• Expertise in TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, LAN/WAN, and QoS.
• Experience with Nexus 7k and Cisco 6500 environments.
• Knowledge of circuit ordering and DWDM deployments.
• Proficiency with Python, Ansible, or Terraform for network automation.
• Strong understanding of network security protocols.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for network mapping and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.

Preferred Skills

• CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, or JNCIS certifications.
• Experience with Arista environments.
