Description

You will develop and maintain a call center system for live agents, owning both the front-end presentation layer and back-end services.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop the front-end and presentation layer using React.
• Implement back-end services utilizing Node.js.
• Integrate telephony SDKs for voice communication.
• Build dashboards and analytics for billing and call statistics.
• Deploy and manage services using AWS Lambda, EKS, and API Gateways.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in React for front-end development.
• Strong back-end development experience with Node.js.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, EKS, and API Gateways.
• Experience integrating telephony SDKs and working with call center systems.
• Ability to design and implement data-driven dashboards and analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with voice communication protocols.
• Background in high-volume transactional systems.
