Description

Build and maintain scalable, cloud-based applications using TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and document projects interfacing with internal and external systems.
• Develop reusable, scalable solutions within the AWS ecosystem.
• Participate in code and architecture reviews across teams.
• Collaborate with product partners to improve customer experiences through cloud technology.
• Recommend and evaluate new technologies and processes to enhance deliverable quality.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Deep understanding of modern TypeScript and Node.js.
• Experience with React, Redux, and Webpack.
• Hands-on experience with serverless architecture using AWS Lambda and API Gateway.
• Proficiency with NoSQL databases, specifically AWS DynamoDB.
• Experience with DevOps infrastructure-as-code using AWS CDK or AWS SAM.
• Knowledge of cloud security services including AWS Cognito, Secrets Manager, and GuardDuty.
• Strong command of Git and GitFlow workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, TDD, BDD, feature flags, and microservices.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience with AWS EventBridge.
