Description

You will own the end-to-end delivery of PEGA-based solutions, spanning case management workflows, decisioning logic, and API integrations.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Implement case management workflows, decision tables, and data transforms within the PEGA platform.
• Integrate React and Angular front-end interfaces with PEGA and develop REST APIs for external system connectivity.
• Automate DevOps pipelines using PEGA Deployment Manager, applying quality gates and automated testing.
• Implement secure authentication protocols (SAML, JWT, OAuth) and enforce secure development best practices.
• Mentor junior developers through code reviews and consulting, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with the PEGA Platform, including rule creation, data transforms, and decisioning.
• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle, and Cosmos DB for data storage and retrieval.
• Hands-on experience integrating front-end frameworks (React, Angular) with backend PEGA services.
• Proven ability to develop and integrate REST APIs and configure PEGA connectors.
• Experience with automated testing tools: JUnit, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Knowledge of secure authentication standards: SAML, JWT, and OAuth.
• Ability to lead complex system analysis, design, coding, and debugging across the full SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to PEGA GenAI capabilities and emerging technology applications.
• Experience optimizing PEGA applications for performance and maintainability in production environments.
