Description

Develop back-end and front-end components for a Loyalty Management System within a hybrid-cloud enterprise environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build back-end (95%) and front-end (5%) components using PHP, SQL, Python, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to design solutions and implement features during Scrum ceremonies.
• Write clean, maintainable code, participate in code reviews, and manage releases.
• Optimize application performance and scalability to handle high traffic and large datasets.
• Troubleshoot application issues and participate in an on-call rotation to monitor systems during high-volume hours.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Full-Stack PHP Developer or similar role.
• Proficiency in PHP and MVC frameworks such as Symfony.
• Strong SQL skills with experience in MySQL and writing optimized queries.
• Experience building APIs and integrating with third-party services.
• Familiarity with AWS or Google Cloud and implementing cloud-native solutions.
• Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Chef, or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of application performance monitoring tools like New Relic or DataDog.
• Solid understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and refactoring.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, React, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Background in Python, CRM, or Loyalty systems.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Nx monorepo workspaces.
