Description

You will develop financial applications and services using microservices architecture and modern web frameworks within the capital markets domain.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test applications for financial modeling and research divisions.
• Build new features, fix defects, and address technical debt to maintain software quality.
• Write clean code supported by automated unit and integration tests.
• Monitor production environments using automated tools to detect and resolve operational problems.
• Coordinate with infrastructure teams to assist with upgrades and the adoption of new technologies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java for backend development and automation.
• Strong frontend experience with Angular, React, and jQuery.
• Experience building Web UIs using Material Design.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture.
• Ability to perform ad-hoc analysis to support capital markets trading desks.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with server operations and full-lifecycle software maintenance.
