Description

You will build and deploy automated agents for marketing use cases, including content generation and personalization.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy automated agents, prompt chains, context profiles, and secure API wrappers.
• Integrate AI solutions with CRM, CMS, analytics, and data warehouses.
• Own the AI deployment lifecycle, including prompt versioning, rollback support, sandboxing, and performance monitoring.
• Design instrumentation and success metrics to evaluate agent performance and content quality.
• Document systems, deployment protocols, and technical standards to support scaling.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with APIs, Git, and cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with AI tooling, applied ML development, and frameworks like OpenAI, Claude, Bedrock, or LangGraph.
• Experience with LLM validation tools such as Ragas or DeepEval.
• Ability to design experiments and use data analytics to identify assumptions and limitations.
• Knowledge of enterprise security best practices and data governance.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with experimentally driven human-computer interaction (HCI).
• Familiarity with marketing systems and user workflows.
