Description

Lead full-stack development and technical program management for a small engineering team. Own the lifecycle of responsive front-end interfaces and scalable back-end services.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop responsive user interfaces using React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Design and maintain RESTful or GraphQL APIs using Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Manage database schemas and optimize queries for PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Lead a team of 5-6 engineers, conduct code reviews, and drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure application security and performance standards.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in Python with Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
• Hands-on experience with React.js and modern JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Git-based version control systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Exposure to CI/CD tools including GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
