You will build and maintain scalable applications using Python and JavaScript/TypeScript in Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities

• Develop software using object-oriented programming principles in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Python.
• Integrate multiple data sources and databases into a single cohesive system.
• Design and implement REST APIs and manage user authentication and authorization across multiple environments.
• Apply unit testing and debugging practices to ensure application stability.
• Implement event-driven programming patterns in Python.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in full stack development or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or Bottle.
• Strong experience with JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Hands-on work with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, Angular, React, Node.js, XML, and jQuery.
• Experience with AWS and Amazon Web Services services.
• Solid understanding of SQL and databases including MySQL, MongoDB, and AWS DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of web servers like Apache and fundamental UI/UX design principles.
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs.
• Understanding of design principles required for scalable applications.
