Description

You will build and deploy full-stack applications integrating AI/ML solutions into IT operations workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build quick prototypes to validate technical feasibility and business value.
• Develop and maintain a modular codebase optimized for reusability.
• Deploy production-level AIOps solutions and integrate AI/ML models into existing workflows.
• Design and implement event-driven microservices and API architectures.
• Lead, coach, and mentor data and software engineers.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of full stack development experience using Python and Java.
• 7+ years of UI experience with Angular or React, HTML5, and JavaScript.
• 7+ years of API development and design.
• 7+ years of experience with Spring Boot and Agile tools.
• 7+ years of experience with event-driven development and microservice architecture.
• 7+ years of experience using Jenkins, GitHub, and Bitbucket.
• 5+ years of engineering testing and analysis for public or private cloud services.
• 3+ years of data streaming experience with Apache Kafka, Azure Stream Analytics, or GCP Data Flow.
• 3+ years of ETL workflow experience using PySpark, Spark, or Databricks.
• 3+ years of experience with Google Cloud/Vertex AI, AWS, or Azure.
• Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering and AI/ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• 3+ years of technical leadership, including coaching and mentoring.
• Experience with containers such as OpenShift and Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Neo4j).
