Description

You will build and maintain microservices within a serverless AWS environment, owning the full development lifecycle from design through deployment and production support.

Responsibilities

• Create and adapt microservices to support evolving business needs.
• Collaborate with front-end and back-end clients to implement integrated solutions.
• Write well-structured code including comprehensive unit and integration tests.
• Utilize programmatic tools for CI/CD deployment pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of professional programming experience.
• 3+ years of Python experience, ideally as your primary language.
• Experience creating and deploying serverless services.
• AWS expertise including ECS/Fargate, Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, EC2, Kinesis, ELK, and RDS.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub and CI/CD tools like Concourse and Jenkins.
• Experience with Docker and containerization.
• Database knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB/DocumentDB, and Redis.
• Experience working within Agile, scrum-based teams.
• Proven ability to write unit and integration tests.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of GraphQL APIs.
• Experience with Asyncio style applications.
• Experience performing code reviews and using Pylint or Code coverage measures.
