Description

Lead a team of four engineers while architecting and delivering scalable client/server data solutions. You will translate business requirements into technical plans and ensure milestone delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor four full stack engineers to ensure on-schedule milestone completion.
• Architect scalable client/server data solutions and production systems.
• Translate business needs into actionable technical specifications for stakeholders.
• Write reusable, testable, and efficient front-end and back-end code.
• Drive continuous improvement in engineering processes, documentation, and tooling.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional software development experience.
• 2–3+ years of experience leading or mentoring software engineers.
• Strong expertise in Full Stack React Development or VueJS.
• Significant experience with Python, Go, or NodeJS.
• Strong relational database skills (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle) and SQL proficiency.
• Experience with relational and non-relational data solutions (e.g., MongoDB) at scale.
• Deep familiarity with Agile practices (Kanban, Scrum).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
