You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology and automotive roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage passive candidates using Boolean search and professional networks.
• Manage the full hiring cycle from job posting to offer negotiation and closing.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
• Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline metrics in the ATS.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in technology or automotive sectors.
• Proven ability to source hard-to-find technical talent independently.
• Strong proficiency with Boolean search techniques.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience managing high-volume or complex hiring pipelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet aggressive hiring targets.
