Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and engage passive and active candidates for diverse roles.
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes from requisition to offer.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines using various sourcing channels.
• Coordinate interviews and provide feedback to hiring managers.
• Track recruitment metrics and optimize hiring workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack recruiting.
• Proven track record of filling roles in high-growth environments.
• Expertise in Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques.
• Strong candidate relationship management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience recruiting for technical or engineering roles.
• Background in agency recruiting with high-volume placement.
