Description

Lead a team of 10 software and research engineers building NLP-based ML applications for document processing, owning full stack operations from development to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day operations of full stack applications used for ML model creation and document processing.
• Build, test, deploy, and optimize front end and back end features using modern software development practices.
• Manage performance and career development for a team of 10 engineers.
• Collaborate with product managers, scientists, and designers to improve user experience and system impact.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on experience developing medium to large full stack applications using .NET, C#, and Angular.
• Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining applications in Azure.
• Proficiency with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of systems design theory to build scalable functional and non-functional systems.
• Proven experience managing people, nurturing talent, and handling performance management.
• Bachelor of Science degree in computer science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with incident management, reliability engineering, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of the AI/ML development lifecycle or building applications in an AI/ML context.
• Prior experience with Rust.
