Description

Lead a team of 10 software and research engineers building NLP-based ML model creation tools and large-scale document processing applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations for applications processing millions of documents monthly.
• Build, test, deploy, and optimize full stack features using modern software development practices.
• Manage performance and career development for the engineering team.
• Collaborate with product managers, scientists, and designers to improve user experience.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of software engineering experience.
• Hands-on development of medium to large full stack applications using .NET, C#, and Angular.
• Experience deploying, monitoring, and maintaining applications in Azure.
• Proficiency with DevOps, CI/CD, and automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of systems design theory for scalable functional and non-functional performance.
• Proven experience managing people and nurturing technical talent.
• Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with incident management, reliability engineering, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of the AI/ML development lifecycle or application development in an AI/ML context.
• Prior experience with Rust.
