Description

You will build and maintain scalable web applications and grant management infrastructure using Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and modern JavaScript frameworks.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails 8.
• Implement responsive, accessible user interfaces with Hotwire, Turbo, Stimulus, and View Components.
• Manage data using PostgreSQL and optimize performance with Redis caching strategies.
• Write comprehensive tests using MiniTest and Cypress to ensure code quality.
• Integrate Salesforce via APIs for seamless data synchronization.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of full stack experience with Ruby on Rails.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL database design and optimization.
• Strong JavaScript skills, preferably with TypeScript.
• Experience with Redis and Docker containerization.
• Advanced Git version control and collaborative workflows.
• Experience with Hotwire, Turbo, Stimulus, and View Components.
• Background in Computer Science, coding bootcamp, or equivalent professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce API integration experience.
