Description
You will develop enterprise-level Appian BPM applications.
Responsibilities
- Translate business requirements into Appian process models.
- Design and implement enterprise integrations (DB2, Sybase, Ping, Active Directory, AWS).
- Build reusable Appian components.
- Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship.
- Troubleshoot production issues and drive resolution; participate in Agile delivery processes.
Required Skills
- 7+ years in IT experience, with 5+ years specifically in Appian development (recent versions).
- 5+ years using latest deployment methodologies (Automated pipelines, Atlassian tools).
- 2+ years of core Java experience.
- 3+ years integrating Appian with Active Directory and Ping.
- 3+ years working with APIs, XML, SOAP/REST web services.
- Strong database knowledge (DB2, Sybase, Postgres SQL, MS SQL).
- Experience with EKS and Appian cloud infrastructure and security.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Angular, JavaScript, and Ansible.
- Strong communication and leadership skills for mentoring junior developers.
