Build and execute surveillance models to monitor sales practices and client holdings suitability.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test surveillance models within an agile environment.
• Own the full software development life cycle (SDLC) from design to deployment.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and DevOps teams to define model requirements.
• Work with Risk and Compliance stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of software development experience.
• Extensive experience in the Java ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with Spark on big data platforms.
• Proficiency in DevOps CI/CD for test and release automation.
• Strong database experience with DB2, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
• Technical proficiency in Java, HTML5, JavaScript, and Angular.
• Experience with Unix OS and automation.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Scala, Python, or Spring Boot.
• Containerization using Docker or Podman.
• Knowledge of React, XML technologies, or Azure cloud environments.
