Description

Design and implement surveillance models to monitor sales practices and client holdings suitability within an Agile Scrum environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and test surveillance models focused on operational controls.
• Develop end-to-end solutions covering backend, frontend, and DevOps automation.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Scrum Masters, and DevOps teams to define model requirements.
• Apply software design principles to enhance surveillance capabilities.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related major with 9+ years of experience.
• 3+ years of technical experience in software development.
• 2+ years of professional experience with Java or Scala.
• Strong proficiency in Core Java and J2EE.
• Experience with Spark on big data platforms.
• Hands-on experience with DevOps CI/CD for test and release automation.
• Database experience with DB2 or SQL Server.
• Practical knowledge of the full SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Unix OS, scripting, Python, or Perl.
• Web UI development using HTML5, JavaScript, or Angular.
• Experience with Spring, Web services, JDBC, Hibernate, or XML technologies.
