Description

You will lead the newly established IDP product team to design, architect, and implement a scalable internal developer platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead the IDP product team, defining the product vision, roadmap, and technical specifications.
• Architect a scalable, secure IDP leveraging cloud infrastructure provisioning and infrastructure-as-code.
• Implement core functionalities including self-service infrastructure provisioning, resource management, and user access controls.
• Develop intuitive user interfaces and maintainable code across both frontend and backend components.
• Collaborate with product, security, and DevOps teams to align the platform with development goals and security standards.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
• Mastery of Python.
• Extensive experience with React.
• Expertise in backend technologies, including REST APIs and databases (SQL & NoSQL).
• Experience with server-side frameworks, preferably Django.
• Strong grasp of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and infrastructure-as-code solutions such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Deep understanding of UI/UX design principles.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Master's degree in a technical discipline.
• Prior experience leading or mentoring software development teams.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
