Description

Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and search capabilities using Java and Spring Boot. You own the full development lifecycle from code to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Manage real-time data streaming and asynchronous messaging with Apache Kafka.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and schemas for MS SQL Server.
• Implement scalable search solutions using Elasticsearch.
• Automate infrastructure and deployment tasks using PowerShell and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Deep knowledge of microservices architecture and RESTful API design.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka for event-driven systems.
• Strong SQL development and performance tuning skills, specifically on MS SQL Server.
• Experience implementing search features with Elasticsearch.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation.
• Familiarity with Git (Bitbucket), Jira, and Agile methodologies.
• Basic understanding of Machine Learning, LLMs, and Generative AI concepts.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot or Claude.
