You will build web-based SaaS tools for Life Sciences clients, structuring problems and deploying data-driven solutions.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop, pilot, and deploy new SaaS products using full-stack web technologies.
• Implement AI techniques including RAG, AI Agents, fine-tuning, Advanced Prompt Engineering, and GraphRAG.
• Utilize AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) to accelerate development cycles.
• Analyze complex datasets to build quantitative insights and decision-support tools.
• Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to deliver real-time, data-focused solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web application development.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: JavaScript, C#, .NET, Java, or C/C++.
• Direct experience building tools or models that help customers make better decisions using data.
• Knowledge of SQL or NoSQL databases.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience absorbing large amounts of data and learning new languages.
• Intellectual curiosity, discipline, and attention to structure and details.

Preferred Skills

• Background or interest in Life Sciences / Healthcare.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, or a relevant technical field.
