Description

You will build and maintain core services across the full stack, from Java microservices to Angular front-ends, while owning AWS infrastructure and deployment pipelines.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain core Java-based microservices (Business API and Core API) in a 3-tier architecture.
• Develop and maintain front-end features using Angular and TypeScript.
• Own infrastructure and deployment pipelines using DevOps best practices on AWS (ECS) and CloudFormation.
• Utilize observability and logging platforms like Honeycomb and Splunk for monitoring and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Trade and Cost Basis teams and microservice consumers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Java for backend service development.
• Experience with TypeScript and Angular for front-end development.
• Hands-on experience with CloudFormation and AWS ECS.
• Familiarity with CI/CD workflows using GitHub and GitHub Actions.
• Understanding of advanced microservices concepts, including multi-threading.
• Experience applying solid design principles to software architecture.
