Description

• Up to 4 years of experience in full stack web application development
• Experience in one or more programming languages (JavaScript, C#, .Net, Java, or C / C )
• Experience with AI based coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and AI techniques like Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, fine-tuning, Advance Prompt Engineering and GraphRAG
• Knowledge of SQL or no-SQL databases (or be willing to learn)
• Direct experience in building tools or models that help customers make better decisions using data and structured methodologies
• Strong analytical abilities. You enjoy absorbing large amounts of data, learning new programming languages, or building quantitative insights based on an understanding of complex systems
• Intellectual curiosity, discipline and attention for structure and details
• Interest in life sciences / healthcare
• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
