Description

You will build full stack web applications and data-driven tools to support decision-making in life sciences and healthcare.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full stack web applications using JavaScript, C#, .NET, Java, or C/C++.
• Build tools and models that help customers make better decisions using data and structured methodologies.
• Implement AI-based coding workflows and techniques including RAG, AI Agents, fine-tuning, and GraphRAG.
• Design and manage SQL or NoSQL databases to support application requirements.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in full stack web application development.
• Proficiency in at least one of: JavaScript, C#, .NET, Java, or C/C++.
• Experience with AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) and techniques like RAG, AI Agents, fine-tuning, and advanced prompt engineering.
• Strong analytical abilities with experience absorbing large amounts of data and building quantitative insights.
• Demonstrated discipline and attention to structure and details.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, a relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
