Full-Stack Software Engineer Full-time | On-site | Redwood City, California 

ABOUT THE ROLE 

Build the core of Retell AI's voice automation platform, powering AI-driven conversations across customer support, sales, and recruitment. Partner with the founding team to deliver scalable systems and intuitive customer experiences. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO 

• Own features from architecture and coding through deployment and iteration. 

• Build React interfaces, dashboards, analytics, APIs, prompt orchestration, and telephony integrations. 

• Improve reliability and scalability; support onboarding, debug issues, and turn customer feedback into product improvements. 

EXPERIENCE & TECHNICAL FOUNDATION 

5+ years of balanced full-stack engineering experience with recent hands-on coding. Deep backend distributed systems knowledge; Voice AI or senior/staff-level experience is a plus. 

WORK SETUP & BENEFITS 

Schedule: 9 AM-9 PM Monday-Friday on-site, plus Sunday remote work. Candidates must be able to work on-site or relocate.
