Description

You will build custom web solutions and applications for internal and external teams including Marketing, Finance, BI, and Content Strategy.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build frontend and backend components using NextJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, Streamlit, FastAPI, Python, and Postgres.
• Prototype web solutions rapidly to secure consensus before full-scale development.
• Design and implement data models and database systems for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of web products in collaboration with product management.
• Translate complex technical concepts into simple language for non-technical partners.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience.
• Proficiency with NextJS, ReactJS, JavaScript, Python, and Postgres.
• Experience in data modelling and database system design.
• Strong frontend design and user experience skills.
• Knowledge of data formations and algorithmic approaches.
• Experience with iterative development and rapid prototyping.
• STEM undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• STEM graduate degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
• Experience with Streamlit and FastAPI.
• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
