Description

You will build and maintain internal applications and tools as part of the Core Services group, contributing to various data and software projects.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Build scalable applications encompassing both client-side and server-side components.
• Design responsive user interfaces and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Manage data architecture, including schema design, ingestion mechanisms, and performance tuning through query optimization and indexing.
• Ensure data security, compliance, and integrity across all storage and processing stages.
• Deploy applications using CI/CD practices and maintain clear technical documentation.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong front-end development skills using HTML5, CSS3, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency in Python or Ruby for back-end development.
• Experience with React, Svelte, or Vue.js.
• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Practical knowledge of data architecture, integration, and security protocols.
• Proven ability to design database schemas and manage complex data lifecycles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in small to mid-sized organizations.
