Description

You will design and build secure backend systems and cloud-based software for wearable cardiac arrhythmia monitors.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Model and design secure backend systems to enhance speed and scale.
• Develop RESTful API-based architectures and testable applications.
• Lead projects with minimal guidance while establishing lean software practices.
• Implement design and coding practices consistent with security and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience designing and developing web applications.
• Full stack proficiency with ability to move between front and back end.
• Experience building backend systems and RESTful APIs at scale.
• Solid understanding of SQL/MSSQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure storage tables.
• Ability to design data models supporting long-term binary data collection for AI applications.
• Proficiency in JavaScript web development within Azure.
• Strong programming fundamentals and knowledge of configuration management.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Preferred Skills

• Medical device industry experience.
• Experience developing to HITRUST, HIPAA, SOC2, SOX, or PCI standards.
• Proficiency with C# .NET, Python, or working with AI applications.
