Description

You will design and build new applications while maintaining and enhancing existing Adobe ColdFusion systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Own, maintain, and support existing ColdFusion applications, including debugging and delivering fixes.
• Design and build new services and user interfaces using Python (Django) and Vue.js.
• Develop clean, maintainable, and testable code across frontend, backend, and database layers.
• Translate requirements into solutions by collaborating with product, UX, and engineering peers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and implement automated testing for Vue.js and ColdFusion components.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software/application development experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Strong proficiency in Python and related web frameworks like Django.
• Strong frontend skills using Vue.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS, and Bootstrap.
• Hands-on experience with Git and Git-based workflows.
• Experience with CI/CD processes, preferably using GitLab.
• Knowledge of application architectures such as MVC and MVVM.
• Ability to design RESTful APIs and document them using OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Foundation in algorithms, data structures, and design principles.
