MUST-HAVE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• 5+ years of professional software engineering/development experience.
• Recent Payments Industry experience is mandatory. Mastercard experience is a strong plus.
• Strong Full Stack development experience.
• Backend: Java, Spring Boot.
• Frontend: React, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
• Strong experience with REST APIs.
• Experience with AWS Cloud and cloud-native application development.
• Experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven services.
• Strong SQL experience with PostgreSQL and Oracle, including Oracle stored procedures.
• Experience with frontend state management such as Redux or Context API.
• Experience developing and supporting scalable, secure and reliable SaaS/cloud-native applications.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, object-oriented design, cloud-native development, security and secure coding practices.
• Experience with automated testing, including JUnit, Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, web performance and frontend best practices.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment with changing priorities
