Description

You will manage service reliability and observability across distributed microservices platforms.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Partner with product and development teams to establish error budgets and Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Monitor system health using APM and observability tooling to maintain service stability.
• Maintain and optimize microservice architectures and API communications.
• Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for platform reliability.

Required Skills

• 5-6 years of experience with Golang, Java, or J2EE.
• Experience with Spring Boot and microservices platforms.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL datastores.
• Experience with cloud platforms including GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• 4-5 years of experience with APM and monitoring tools such as Grafana Cloud, Dynatrace, New Relic, ELK, or Splunk.
• Working knowledge of gRPC and RESTful APIs.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
