Description

You will lead a development team while contributing directly to the codebase through hands-on full stack engineering.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor developers by providing technical guidance and conducting regular code reviews.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure web applications.
• Develop features using PHP, Laravel, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
• Oversee application deployment, monitoring, and maintenance using Docker and DevOps practices.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA engineers to resolve technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
• Proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.
• Strong experience with React and Next.js.
• Hands-on development with Node.js.
• Experience managing MySQL and PostgreSQL databases.
• Deep understanding of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Expertise in designing REST APIs and using Swagger.
• Proficiency with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using Redis for caching and data storage.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure.
