Role Overview:

This role is accountable for leading technical design and development, converting UI and Mid-Tier design specifications and prototypes into system design, and translating functional requirements into system design. Prior experience with Vanguard is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead technical design and development.
• Convert UI and Mid-Tier Design specifications and prototypes into system design.
• Convert functional requirements into system design.
• Participate in design reviews with Vanguard UI Development lead and team collaboration sessions.
• Participate in design reviews with Vanguard Mid-tier Development lead and team collaboration sessions.
• Guide team members with troubleshooting and technical issues.
• Participate in Test Driven Development (TDD) methodology.
• Participate in design review and team collaboration sessions (TDD).
• Code, Unit Test, and Integration Test.
• Perform peer and Vanguard UI Development lead review of code.
• Verify functionality/defect fix and determine root cause.
• Ask clarifications to Vanguard UI Development lead, Vanguard Mid-tier Development lead, Designers, or BSA.
• Raise issues/dependencies to Scrum Master or Delivery Manager.
• Place a 1CALL Vanguard incident quickly to expedite any environment outages.

Qualifications:

• 8-10 years of experience.
• Prior experience in Vanguard.
