Lead technical design and development for Java and Angular-based systems, translating functional requirements into robust system architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and development, converting UI and Mid-Tier specifications into system design.
• Participate in design reviews with Vanguard UI and Mid-tier leads, ensuring team collaboration.
• Guide team members through troubleshooting, technical issues, and Test Driven Development (TDD) methodology.
• Code, unit test, and integration test using Java Microservices and Angular 16+.
• Verify functionality, determine root causes for defects, and expedite environment outages via 1CALL.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in software development with prior Vanguard experience required.
• Strong proficiency in Java, Microservices, Spring Boot, and REST Services.
• Hands-on experience with Angular 16+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript.
• Experience with NodeJs, Python, and SQL (PostgressSQL).
• Familiarity with AWS services (S3, EC2, Lambda) and oAuth.
• Proficient in Junit, JEST, and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced Java concepts and deep expertise in Microservices and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Angular 13+ and digital transformation projects.
