Description

Lead mobile development across iOS and Android while overseeing full-stack integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor mobile developers to achieve project goals through technical leadership.
• Define technical architecture, designs, and implementation strategies for performance and scalability.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate business requirements into technical plans.
• Perform hands-on coding, establish benchmarks, and conduct code reviews for quality and security.
• Manage end-to-end integration between mobile front-ends and back-end APIs/databases.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in iOS development using Swift and Objective-C.
• Expertise in Android development using Kotlin and Java.
• Proficiency with Swift Package Manager and SwiftLint.
• Experience with Android Coroutines, Jetpack Compose, and Firebase DB.
• Strong understanding of MVVM, Clean Architecture, and SOLID principles.
• Hands-on experience with Test Driven Development (TDD) and Test Automation.
• Practical knowledge of Mobile DevOps, Git, GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Ability to perform assessment, discovery, and solution design using SAFE Architect and Clean Coding Architecture.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with New Relic for monitoring and NFRs.
• Skills in risk management, audits, and estimation.
• Proficiency in creating design documents, solution modeling, and RFP documentation.
