Description

Lead technical development across the full stack, owning solution design and code quality.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements from Product Owners and business users to produce solution design documents.
• Develop detailed, high-quality technical designs for complex features.
• Conduct unit testing using automated frameworks to ensure code reliability.
• Review code from other developers and provide actionable technical feedback.
• Identify technical risks and plan mitigation actions to keep delivery on track.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software development and technical leadership.
• Deep experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency with Angular (version 15 or above).
• Strong knowledge of APIs and Microservices architecture.
• Hands-on experience with MySQL and AWS.
• Ability to apply coding standards and best practices.
• Proven ability to communicate technical concepts persuasively across all organizational levels.
