You will lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable cloud-native applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development efforts, ensuring adherence to coding standards and architectural guidelines.
• Develop and maintain responsive front-end applications using React.js.
• Design and develop high-performance microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Act as the primary technical contact, providing updates and recommendations to onshore stakeholders.
• Coordinate with offshore teams to align priorities and resolve delivery blockers.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in Java 8/11 and Spring Boot.
• Strong proficiency in React.js and front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Proficiency with RESTful API design principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and security best practices (OAuth2, JWT).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Kafka or RabbitMQ.
• Knowledge of Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and API Gateway patterns.
