Description

Lead end-to-end design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications while providing technical mentorship to distributed teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable full-stack solutions using Python, Django, Node.js, and React.
• Mentor offshore developers and drive engineering standards, code quality, and CI/CD reliability.
• Collaborate with product owners and architects to translate business requirements into technical implementations.
• Lead hands-on development, including coding, debugging, and code reviews for microservices and microfrontends.
• Automate quality checks and improve developer workflows using Linux, shell scripting, and Docker.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years in technical leadership.
• Strong expertise in Python and Django for distributed, multi-service systems.
• Proficiency in Node.js, React, TypeScript, and GraphQL.
• Experience with Docker and container orchestration, particularly Docker Compose for local development.
• Proven track record in CI/CD automation, system design, and performance optimization.
• Strong Linux and shell scripting skills with Make-driven workflows.
• Experience integrating frontend and backend systems in microservice architectures.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and SQL/NoSQL databases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading developer platform or internal tooling initiatives.
• Strong background in DevOps practices and cross-team collaboration.
