Description

You will own product architecture, development, and scaling from end-to-end.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead frontend and backend development across the full stack.
• Build scalable systems for automation, messaging, and analytics.
• Make technical decisions and mentor junior developers.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate development cycles.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficiency in React and React Native.
• Experience with Python and Java.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience building RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus).
• Strong understanding of system design and scalability.
• Proficiency with Git version control.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in a startup environment.
