Description

Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, Angular, and Microservices.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate functional requirements, UI designs, and mid-tier specifications into scalable system designs and technical solutions.
• Guide and mentor development team members by providing technical leadership, troubleshooting support, and code review oversight.
• Develop, test, and deploy applications using Test-Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, and integration testing best practices.
• Collaborate with UI developers, mid-tier teams, designers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage application performance, resolve production issues, identify root causes, and support CI/CD processes within AWS environments.

Required Skills

• 8–10 years of experience in Full Stack Development with technical leadership responsibilities.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and REST APIs.
• Proficiency with Angular (13+), JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with AWS environments and CI/CD processes.
• Expertise in technical design, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and code reviews.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership and mentor team members.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
