Description

You will lead the design and development of a cloud-based research distribution platform and GenAI/LLM infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead full stack design and development activities for new and existing applications.
• Allocate and oversee development tasks for squads across India and Montreal.
• Conduct code reviews and approve pull requests to maintain code quality.
• Manage builds, deployments, and CI/CD processes in lower environments.
• Coordinate with production support and global technology teams for incident resolution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Strong Java skills with Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in frontend UI frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience with Cloud-Native technologies, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB and messaging platforms such as Kafka.
• Deep understanding of data structures, design patterns, and multi-threading.
• Familiarity with TDD/BDD and Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Python and experience building with GenAI/LLM platforms.
• Previous experience in the financial services industry.
• Cloud certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or GCP Professional Cloud Developer.
