Lead the architecture, development, and refinement of high-performing web applications.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Architect and develop software solutions that translate business and technical requirements into production code.
• Ensure seamless integration of APIs, databases, and cloud services while maintaining compatibility and responsiveness.
• Uphold quality and performance by enforcing test coverage and optimization across the development lifecycle.
• Lead the engineering team, setting coding standards and facilitating collaboration.
• Advocate for the continuous evolution of the technology stack to address scalability challenges.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), NodeJS, and ReactJS.
• Strong experience with SQL databases, specifically PostgreSQL.
• Expertise in AWS cloud services and DevOps workflows.
• Experience building and maintaining large-scale enterprise systems (ERP or CMS preferred).
• Ability to mentor engineers and establish technical direction.
