Description

You will lead overseas engineering teams while contributing hands-on development for half your time. You own end-to-end delivery of financial products and custom web applications, translating client requirements into robust technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor overseas software engineers, providing technical direction and code guidance.
• Oversee technical project plans and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of deliverables.
• Develop proof-of-concept code and drive end-to-end development tasks.
• Design, develop, and implement financial products and web applications using modern stacks.
• Collaborate with onsite stakeholders to define requirements and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of software development experience.
• 5+ years in technical leadership roles managing distributed teams.
• Proficiency in .NET Core, ASP.NET Core, C#, and Entity Framework Core.
• Strong experience with SQL Server database design and optimization.
• Expertise in Angular 13+, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
• Solid understanding of HTML and CSS for adaptable user interfaces.
• Experience implementing OOAD, SOLID principles, and proven design patterns.
• Proven ability to perform high and low-level design, testing, and issue resolution.
• Experience working within Agile SDLC processes.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Azure development services.
• Knowledge of regulatory reporting or capital market applications.
