Lead technical direction and architecture for scalable web applications while guiding a team through the full software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Architect maintainable web applications with a focus on performance, security, and usability.
• Design and build microservices-based architectures.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Oversee the complete development process from requirements gathering through deployment and maintenance.
• Define architectural direction and lead technical decision-making for the team.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in the MERN stack: React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Proven experience designing and building microservices-based architectures.
• Ability to lead technical teams and define architectural direction.
• Experience managing the full software development lifecycle.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Azure cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.
