What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, and Golang.
• Architect and implement scalable microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems for cloud-native platforms.
• Lead technical design discussions and architecture reviews to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
• Develop responsive, accessible, and user-friendly frontend applications using React and modern frontend frameworks.
• Build and optimize backend services using Golang and RESTful API architecture.
• Design and implement secure, high-performance distributed systems.
• Collaborate closely with Product Management, UX teams, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and establish coding standards, engineering guidelines, and development best practices.
• Drive platform performance optimization, system reliability, observability, and security initiatives.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment workflows.
• Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms to deploy and manage applications.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Contribute to architecture modernization and platform transformation initiatives.
• Support database design, optimization, and efficient data management strategies.
• Mentor developers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
• Participate in sprint planning, technical roadmaps, backlog refinement, and continuous improvement activities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions aligned with business objectives.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 8–12 years of experience in software engineering with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in React.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, and modern frontend development practices.
• Extensive hands-on experience in backend development using Golang.
• Strong experience designing and developing REST APIs and Microservices-based applications.
• Experience building cloud-native applications and distributed systems.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture principles, design patterns, and engineering best practices.
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and container orchestration platforms.
• Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation practices.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, scalability patterns, resilience, and fault tolerance principles.
• Experience building and managing event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication models.
• Strong database design, data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning experience.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL database technologies.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments.
• Knowledge of application security, authentication, authorization, and secure coding practices.
• Experience with observability, logging, monitoring, and production support processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proven experience mentoring engineering teams and driving technical excellence.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience working within Agile, Scrum, and modern product engineering environments.
