The role will focus on Technical SEO and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), improving search visibility, resolving indexation issues, and optimizing content for both traditional search engines and AI-driven platforms.

Job Description:

Job Type: Full-time 

Core Responsibilities:

• Google Search Console (GSC) Management: Diagnose and resolve coverage and indexation blockers, addressing conditions like "pages with redirect," "crawled - currently not indexed," "discovered - currently not indexed," etc…
• Technical Architecture & Markup: Implement and optimize XML sitemaps, JSON-LD, meta tags, and schemas to ensure optimal crawlability and secure rich snippets.
• Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Adapt content structures and formats to appear in AI-generated suggestions and chat interfaces like ChatGPT and Google Gemini.
• Rank Authority: Execute competitive ranking strategies to build domain authority and secure first-page Google rankings for our target keywords.
• Full-Stack SEO: Manage all aspects of Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven, hands-on experience in Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, and Off-Page SEO.
• Deep understanding of Google Search Console indexation rules and how to fix complex coverage errors.
• Experience writing, deploying, and testing sitemaps, JSON-LD, meta tags, and schemas.
• Demonstrated knowledge of GEO and how to engineer content for LLM ingestion and citation.
• Track record of successfully analyzing competitor rankings and overtaking them on the first page of Google.
