You will build end-to-end enterprise AI solutions, combining full-stack development with data engineering and agentic AI capabilities.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using Python or Java.
• Design and implement agentic AI systems integrated into enterprise workflows.
• Analyze business problem statements and translate them into technical solutions from first principles.
• Build data pipelines and backend services to support AI model deployment and inference.
• Operate in ambiguous, 0→1 environments to deliver fast-execution prototypes and products.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python or Java.
• Proven experience in full-stack development (frontend and backend).
• Hands-on experience with data engineering and enterprise data solutions.
• Practical exposure to Agentic AI concepts and implementation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Life Sciences or Healthcare sectors.
• Startup mindset with ability to work independently in early-stage projects.
