Lead AI strategy, solution architecture, and offshore development teams to deliver enterprise AI applications.

Responsibilities

• Architect and oversee the design, development, and deployment of AI-powered fullstack applications.
• Lead and mentor offshore AI development teams to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to propose AI-driven solutions and develop proof of value roadmaps.
• Implement scalable, secure AI solutions across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Integrate AI models with enterprise systems while optimizing performance and security.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on AI/ML applications.
• Expertise in Python and JavaScript (React, Node.js).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, and NLP.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Proven track record of leading offshore teams and managing large-scale AI projects.
• Strong client-facing consulting skills and experience influencing senior stakeholders.
• Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and big data technologies.
• Solid understanding of DevOps, containerization, and security practices.
